  The owner of the facility is rude, doesn’t help customers, and doesn’t care about customer service. If you wanna get robbed for whatever you have, this is the place to go. I took a platinum ring set with 10 diamond, and he responded with, “ because I only get payed 80% on platinum I can only offer 40 plus no diamond weight.” I the sell the ring on offer up, and figure this dude already stated it’s real it would take him one second to do again, and upon arriving for an appraisal he won’t do it because I wouldn’t be sell him the ring. There’s a better pawn literally one minute away, don’t go here save your items.
